The most beautiful people in the world

"The most beautiful people in the world" is a global photo-project initiated and performed by the artist-photographer Michel Szulc Krzyzanowski. ( see http://www.szulc.info )

In 10 countries large announcements are published in serious newspapers requesting people, who believe they are the most beautiful person in the world, to respond by sending a letter explaining their reasons for their opinion.In the announcement it is explained that it concerns a non-commercial art-project and that the results are intended for publications and exhibitions. All the persons who write a letter are contacted and an appointment is made. The person is visited in his or her home. In this situation the person is portrayed and pictures are made how and with who the person lives. Finally, the person is interviewed to get a short and powerful statement about the reasons why to believe to be the most beautiful in the world.
